As of October 1, 2014, every Obamacare patient will be linked to the the International Classification of Diseases (IDC), which is part of the part of the "medical coding� under (WHO) the World Health Organization. This basically gives health information to the United Nations (UN), and places patients under UN regulations. Interestingly, the code is ICD 9 E 978 pertains to "Legal Execution." It states that people can be legally executed by beheading, decapitation (by guillotine).
